The coast of Northern Ireland by Donaghadee
Donaghadee. Just saying it is fun, but being there is better!
I arrived yesterday in Belfast, and was greeted warmly by Pastors Kevin and Rosemary Sambrook. After a wee rest, we came to their church in downtown Belfast to celebrate Firstfruits for this month. I stayed awake betteTher than anticipated, although the worship leader did laugh at me once when he looked down and saw me yawning in the middle of a song. At the end of about 37 hours awake, I fell into bed and instant sleep at 1 am, and slept like a log for 8 hours. What a great way to start!
Today found me touring the coast with Granny Sheila. For those who know Granny, you understand what a grand adventure I've had. For those who have not yet met her, she is one-of-a-kind. If the world had more Granny Sheila's, it would be a better place.
We drove through one of my favorite towns in N. Ireland - Bangor. It was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine, and I could have taken 100 photos in Donaghadee, alone. We ended up at a little tea shop called Eden. Could have bought the whole place, but instead took a photo of a car for sale outside. What do you think, Jim?
Life happens in the evenings here, so we'll get started at 7:30 pm, being with the women and seeing what God does. It's so obvious that the Spirit of God is moving strong here, and I do believe it's just the tip of the iceberg. (May I say that in Belfast? :-)
Joy to you from downtown Belfast. And if I can figure out how to attach some photos here, we will know for sure God is still doing miracles.
